Peanut Butter Recipe: How To Make Peanut Butter

In this Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe, I’ll show you how to make natural Peanut Butter at home with Raw Peanuts without sugar. Peanut is also known as “Moongfali” in India. Peanut Butter is a very healthy accompaniment for your toasts to start your day healthily. We all crave Jam and Butter but getting those from the market means added preservatives and sugar. So, I always believe that we can instead make them at home as per our preference and as per our diet. Making Peanut butter requires minimum ingredients and is very easy as it takes only 10 minutes. I’m sure that you will love the flavor and texture of this amazing and simple Nut Butter.

Peanut Butter Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Peanut
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey

How To Make Peanut Butter from Raw Peanuts

1. To make the Peanut butter, we will take 1 cup of Raw Peanut.

2. Add the raw peanut to the Kadai. Dry Roast it on low to medium flame.

3. Stir continuously. We will roast the peanuts until the outer layer develops cracks and starts leaving it. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Let it rest

4. When it cools down, remove the outer layer.

5. Add the roasted peanuts to a grinding jar.

Add to Grinder

6. Grind it on pulse mode to get a coarse powder-like consistency.

7. Add ¼ tsp salt and 1 tbsp Honey. Honey is just for flavor; you can skip it or add sugar.

Add honey & salt

8. Now, grind it for 2 minutes continuously.

Grind the paste

9. As you can see, the smooth and delicious peanut butter is ready.

10. Take out the Peanut Butter and You can serve it with Toast.
