Homemade Choco Vanilla Ice Cream Cone

The Crispy Cone and vanilla flavored Ice cream filling made with whipping cream will remind you of Cornettos that we all loved as kids and still like to eat whenever we get a craving. Choco Vanilla Ice Cream Cone Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate/Compound
  • 1 glass of Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Few Chocolate Chips

How To Make a Choco Vanilla Ice Cream Cone at Home

Make a Chocolate Cone

1. To make Choco Vanilla ice cream at home, we will first make a Chocolate Cone, so take a Piping bag. You can easily obtain it from any bakery store or purchase it online. We also need any dark chocolate or take dark compound like me.

2. Put the dark chocolate into the piping bag. Put as much chocolate into the bag as you want the size of the cone of Cornetto to be.

3. Take warm water in a glass and put the bag into it to melt the chocolate. Keep it aside for a few minutes.

4. The next step is to make a paper cone just like we used to do in our childhood. Stick the ends with glue to let them hold together. Put the cone in another glass.

5. The chocolate has melted in the meantime, so let it cool down a bit at room temperature. Spread the chocolate thinly inside the piping bag.

6. Lift the piping bag slowly and place it inside the paper cone that you made. Refrigerate or freeze for 10-15 minutes to set it well.

Prepare the Vanilla Filling

7. Take whipping cream in a large bowl, and whip it well for a few minutes. Then add condensed milk as a sweetener for the ice cream, and 1 tbsp vanilla essence.

8. Whip again for a few minutes to ready the vanilla ice cream.

9. Take a piping bag, fill it with the ice cream that we just made.

Preparing the Ice Cream

10. Now, take the chocolate piping bag out of the refrigerator. It has set well by this time. Make a small hole at the bottom of the piping bag that contains the Vanilla ice cream and fill the chocolate piping bag with the ice cream.

11. Add some chocolate chips on top. There are also homemade chocolate chips that you can make at home.

Freeze Overnight

12. Fold the top of the piping bag and keep it in the refrigerator overnight to set well.

13. The next morning, take out the bag, and you will have the cornet ready. Cut the piping bag to take it out.

  • Now, take the chocolate piping bag out of the refrigerator. It has set well by this time. Make a small hole at the bottom of the piping bag that contains the Vanilla ice cream and fill the chocolate piping bag with the ice cream.
  • Add some choco chips on top. There are also homemade chocolate chips that you can make at home.
  • Fold the top of the piping bag and keep it in the refrigerator overnight to set well.
  • Next morning, take out the bag, and you will have the cornet ready. Cut the piping bag to take it out.
  • Enjoy the homemade Cornetto.
