Ingredients to make the Custard milkshake recipe
- 1-liter milk
- 15-20 almonds(soaked overnight)
- 10-12Â cashews
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 2 tbsp custard powder(vanilla flavor)
- 12-15 rose petals
- 1/2 cup sugar
- chopped almonds, pistachios, and saffron for garnishing(optional)
How to make Custard Milkshake (Step-by-Step)
1. Take 1 liter of milk in a heavy-bottom pot, take out 1/2 cup of milk from it for now, and keep the pot aside.

2. Take a grinding jar and add 15-20 almonds(soaked overnight), 10-12 cashews, 1 tsp cardamom powder, a few saffron strands, 2 tbsp custard powder(vanilla flavor), and 12-15 rose petals. If you have normal custard powder, you can use that.

3. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the grinder and grind it to make a fine and smooth paste that is free of lumps. Keep the custard mixture aside.

4. Take the milk pot and boil the milk on a high flame. After 1 boil, turn the flame to medium.

5. Now add the custard mixture to the milk pot and let it cook on low to medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently.

6. Add 1/2 cup sugar to the pot and let the mixture cook until you get the perfect consistency. If you like a thicker consistency of shake, add 1 more tbsp of custard powder.

7. Let it cool off and then refrigerate the mixture for 5-6 hours.
8. After 5-6 hours, garnish the shake with rose petals and chopped almonds.

9. Pour the custard milkshake into a glass and garnish with pistachios, saffron, almonds, and rose petals. Enjoy your delicious drink.
