2. To make the healthy protein powder at home, take 1 cup of Phool Makhana (Fox nut) in a deep bottom Kadai. Dry roast it on low flame. Once it becomes crispy, transfer it to a large bowl.

3. Next, add 1 cup of almonds to the kadai, and dry roast on low to medium flame. Once the upper layer cracks, transfer them to the bowl.

4. Add 1 cup Kaju, ½ cup walnut, and ¼ cup Pistachios to the Kadai. Dry roast them on low to medium flame. If you want, you can roast them separately too but they get burned very quickly so cooking them together will save time. Once the cashews change color, we will take them out.

5. Next, take 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds, 3 tbsp melon seeds, and 8-10 cardamom. Dry roast on low flame. They will get dry-roasted very quickly. Take them out.

6. Add 1 tbsp Chia Seeds to the bowl and mix everything well. Let them rest for 10 minutes to cool them off.

7. After 10 minutes, add everything to the grinding jar. You can also add milk powder or chocolate powder for extra flavor.

8. Grind it on pulse mode to make a fine powder-like consistency.
