Ingredients of Shrikhand
- 800 gm Hung Curd
- 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Saffron Milk
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- Chopped Pista, Nuts, and Dry Rose petals for Garnishing
How to Make Kesar Elaichi Shrikhand Recipe
Make Hung Curd
1. Take a mixing bowl, place a Strainer and a Muslin cloth over the strainer, and Pour 800 gm of Fresh Curd.

2. Bring the edges of the cloth together, and squeeze out excess water. Use the whey liquid to make dough for other recipes.

3. Place a heavy object, press it, and squeeze out any remaining moisture. Refrigerate it overnight for 6-8 hours.

4. The Hung Curd is ready now.

Make Shrikhand
1. To make Shrikhand, take the Hung curd in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix it well using a hand whisker.

3. Add 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar to the bowl.

4. Add 1 tbsp Saffron Milk to the bowl. To make Saffron milk, soak a few saffron strands with warm milk.

5. Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder to the bowl.

6. Mix everything well using a hand whisker until you get a creamy texture.

7. Garnish with Dry Rose Petals, Chopped Pistachios, and Almonds.

The Kesar Elaichi shrikhand is ready. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 800 gm Hung Curd

- To make Shrikhand, take Hung curd in a mixing bowl. Make sure to use fresh curd only to make Hung Curd.
- Mix it well using a hand whisker.
- Add 6 tbsp Powdered Sugar to the bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp Saffron Milk to the bowl. To make Saffron milk, soak a few saffron strands with warm milk.
- Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder to the bowl.
- Mix everything well using a hand whisker until you get a creamy texture.
- Garnish with Dry Rose Petals, Chopped Pistachios, and Almonds.
- The Kesar Elaichi shrikhand is ready. Enjoy!
