Beetroot Carrot Juice Ingredients
- 1 Carrot – Carrot is good for the eyes, controlling the blood sugar, managing the weight, and also other benefits.
- 1 Tomato – Tomatoes are also very good for eyes, and heart, and control blood pressure.
- 1 Beetroot – Beetroot is full of nutrition and good for the heart and lungs.
- 2 Amla – Amla is rich in Vitamin C, fiber, calcium, and other minerals that boost our immunity.
- 1/2 inch ginger – Ginger is very good for digestion and improves immunity.
- 1 cup water
How to make Carrot and Beetroot Juice for Glowing Skin
1) Take a grinding jar
2) Wash and peel 1 Carrot. Chop it into small pieces and add it to the jar.
3) Wash and Chop 1 Tomato (medium size) and add it to the jar.
4) Wash and peel 1 Beetroot and chop it into small pieces. Add it to the jar.
5) Wash and chop 2 Amla and add it to the jar.
6) Wash and finely chop 1/2 inch ginger. Add it to the jar.
7) Add 1 cup of water to the jar.
8) Grind it. You will get a paste-like mixture. It would be very thick in consistency.
9) Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
10) Pour the drink into a glass and Drink twice every week.
