Beetroot Carrot Juice Ingredients
- 1 Carrot – Carrot is good for the eyes, controlling blood sugar, managing weight, and other benefits.
- 1 Tomato – Tomatoes are also very good for the eyes, and heart, and control blood pressure.
- 1 Beetroot – Beetroot is full of nutrition and good for the heart and lungs.
- 1 small size Cucumber
- 1/2 inch ginger – Ginger is very good for digestion and improves immunity.
- 2 cup water
How to make Carrot and Beetroot Juice for Glowing Skin
1. Take a grinding jar. Wash and peel 1 Beetroot. Chop it into small pieces and add it to the jar.

2. Wash and chop 1 carrot, chop it into small pieces, and add to the jar.

3. Wash and Chop 1 Tomato (small to medium size) and add it to the jar.

4. Wash and peel 1 small-sized Cucumber and chop it into small pieces. Add it to the jar.

5. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the jar.

6. Add 2 cups of water to the jar.

7. Grind to a thick paste-like consistency.

8. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. You can also use the leftover for use in making Parathas, or in making Face packs.

9. The Beetroot juice is ready to serve.

10. Pour the carrot and beetroot juice into a glass and drink daily or two to three times every week.

Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 beetroot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Take a grinding jar.
- Add 1 medium sized chopped carrot, 1 small sized chopped tomato, 1 chopped beetroot, 1 small-sized cucumber, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Add 1 cup water to the jar.
- Grind and strain the mixture.
