- 1 peeled and chopped beetroot
- 1 peeled and chopped carrot
- 1 chopped Apple
- 1 inch chopped ginger
- water as required
You can also add honey, lemon juice, salt, or sugar to taste.
How to make ABC Juice (Step-by-Step)
1. Peel and Chop 1 beetroot, 1 carrot, 1 apple, and 1-inch ginger.
2. Add the peeled and chopped beetroot, carrot, apple, and ginger to a grinding jar.
3. Add water to the grinding jar. We don’t need to add a lot of water.
4. Grind it for 5 minutes till we get a fine thick juice-like consistency.
5. Strain the mixture in a bowl through a fine sieve.
6. The ABC juice is ready to serve.
7. Pour it into a glass for serving.
Drink it every morning on an empty stomach.
