Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick – it has anti-inflammatory properties
- 1-inch ginger -it helps with various lung issues
- 3 cloves – contains Eugenol that protects the cell
- lemon water – lemon helps in digestion and contains Vitamin C
- 1 tbsp Honey – has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties
How to Make Detox Lungs Drink Recipe
1. Take 2 cups of water in a pot.
2. Add 1 Cinnamon stick to the water.
3. Add 1-inch ginger to the water. Cut it into small pieces.
4. Add 1 lemon peel.
5. Add 3 cloves to the water.
6. Boil it.
7. After a boil, let it cook and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
8. Turn off the flame and add 1 lemon juice.
9. Add 1 tbsp honey (it is optional).
10. Strain the mixture in a separate container.
11. Pour in a glass and drink it daily.
