Kaddu Ki Sabzi | Kaddu Sabji Recipe Ingredients
- 300 gm Pumpkin
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Panchphoran
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 chopped green chilli
- 1 inch chopped ginger
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Amchur powder
How To Make Kaddu Ki Sabzi
1. Wash a Pumpkin properly. The Pumpkin weighs 300 gm. Peel and chop it. Remove the seeds.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Kadai. I always use Mustard oil for cooking.
3. When the oil is heated, add 1 tsp Panchphoran for flavor, ½ tsp cumin, 2 chopped green chilli, and 1 inch chopped ginger. Stir and fry for 10 seconds.
4. Add the chopped Pumpkin to the Kadai. Mix and cook well on medium flame.
5. Add 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, and ¼ tsp Turmeric powder. Stir and mix well.
6. Turn the flame to low. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Check the Pumpkin to see if it is soft. It has almost cooked. Cover the lid again and cook for 30 seconds.
8. Mix well and add ½ tsp Amchur powder. Mix it well.
9. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
10. Cover the lid and cook for 1 minute. The Kaddu ki Sabji is ready now.
Serve it with Poori and Enjoy.
