It is also known as Anda Omelet in India and it is a very popular and famous street food in India. It is one of my favorite breakfast dishes as it is easy to make, and also tastes fantastic. It is very healthy for breakfast, and you can also have it as a workout dish to get your daily requirements of protein and nutrients. It requires very few ingredients and combines two of the most popular breakfast items – eggs and bread with veggies and spices. It is a very versatile dish as it can be customized according to your taste and preferences. You can use cheese, add other ingredients as per your liking, and use any type of bread. Brown bread and multigrain bread are healthier options. I have made this with Sandwich bread without using cheese. Garnish it with onions, chilies, and chaat masala.

- 3 Eggs
- 4 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 chopped green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 pinch garam masala
- 1 tbsp butter/oil
- 4 bread slices
How to make Bread Omelette Recipe Step-by-step Instructions
How to Beat Eggs
1. Take 3 eggs in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 4 tbsp chopped onion, 2 coriander leaves, and 2 green chilli.
3. Add salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli, and 2 pinches garam masala
4. Beat it with a whisker to create a smooth batter.
How to make Bread Omlette Sandwich
5. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame. Spread it evenly.
6. Pour the egg batter into the pan.
7. Dip 2 bread slices and keep them aside.
8. Dip 2 more bread slices into the mixture.
9. Once one side is cooked, flip it over and fold the sides. Apply some butter to cook this side too.
10. Flip and place the bread slices(that were kept aside) on the top.
11. Cut the sandwich in half, flip it again, and apply some more butter on the sides and on the top to cook evenly.
12. Cut each slice into 4 equal parts.
13. Garnish with onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and tomato ketchup, and serve it hot.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 chopped green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 pinch garam masala
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 bread slices
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, onion, coriander, green chilli, salt, red chilli, garam masala together in a mixing bowl.
- Heat Pan at medium flame and pour some butter. Spread it evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, dip 2 bread slices in it and keep them aside.
- Dip 2 more slices and once one side is cooked, flip it over and fold the sides.
- Place the bread slices that were kept aside on top of it. Apply some butter on side and top.
- Cut the sandwich in half and flip it over.
- Cook it evenly by applying some butter. Turn off the flame.
- Garnish with onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup and serve it hot.
