Egg 65 Recipe: Spicy Anda 65

Egg 65 Recipe is a spicy and yummy recipe that is so easy to make and is a completely different dish than other Egg Recipes. This Egg 65 or Anda 65 is a tasty and crispy street-style snack that is loved by everyone and adds a unique touch to normal boiled Eggs. To make Egg 65, first Eggs are boiled, and then mixed with flour and spices. They are then fried and tossed in a spicy sauce made from sauces, chilies, and spices. It is served hot and crisp. This a very flavorful Egg Recipe and I’m sure it will become one of the most loved dishes made from boiled Eggs.

Egg 65 Recipe Ingredients

For Egg Balls

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup gram flour
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1 raw egg

For Frying Egg Balls

  • 1 to 1.5 cups of oil

For sauce

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 red chilli
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp corn flour

How To Make Egg 65 Recipe

1. Boil 4 Eggs and chop the white part into small pieces.

2. Take ¼ cup of Besan in a Mixing Bowl, add 3 tbsp Cornflour, Egg yolks, ½ tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Red chilli flakes/Red chilli powder, 1 tbsp crushed Ginger, Garlic, 1 chopped green chilli.

3. Mix everything well. Add salt as per taste.

4. Take 1 Raw Egg and beat it.

5. Add it to the Bowl and mix it well. You need the consistency where we can make small balls out of the mixture.

6. Heat 1-1.5 cups of Refined oil on a high flame.

7. Once the oil is hot, prepare small balls from the mixture and add them to the Kadai to fry them on medium flame.

8. When one side gets fried, flip it to the other to fry it.

9. Fry the other pieces in the same manner and keep them aside.

10. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Kadai, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, ½ chopped green chilli, and 1 chopped onion. Saute on high flame. Add 2 red chilli and 2 green chilli. Roast on high flame for a minute until the onion gets fried.

11. Turn the flame to low. Add 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp Soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, ½ tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tsp salt. Cook on low flame.

12. Prepare a cornflour slurry by mixing 1 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water and add it to the mixture. Mix well and cook for a minute on low flame.

13. After a minute, add the fried egg balls to the mixture and mix it well with the sauces.

14. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
