If you’re aiming to create a healthy and nutritious baby food for infants aged 6 months and older, this Homemade Cerelac recipe is worth trying. It features dry fruits and Chana, providing a wholesome option that promotes weight gain, bone strength, and cognitive development. Known as Cerelac or simply baby food, this homemade infant cereal is a convenient choice. This instant version can be mixed with milk or water, unlike other infant cereals or Porridge that require cooking and typically include ingredients like rice, whole wheat, lentils, nuts, and millets.
Once babies reach six months, they are ready to start eating solid foods alongside milk and formula. This homemade baby food not only enhances nutrition and flavor but also offers a customizable and budget-friendly alternative to commercial baby foods like Cerelac. Made from fresh and rich ingredients like Cashew, Almonds, and free of added salt, sugar, and preservatives often found in store-bought meals, this homemade Cerelac ensures that your baby receives the best homemade nourishment that supports healthy growth both mentally and physically. This instant baby food is devoid of processed grains and is loaded with vitamins and minerals, making it an excellent choice for infants. It combines roasted grains and nuts, which can be served with either water or milk.
