How to store Amla Juice for long time | Preserve Amla Juice

In this practical recipe, I’ll share an easy method on how to store Amla Juice for long time at home. For this, we will see how to make Amla Juice at first and then check out an easy way to preserve Amla Juice at home. As you all may know, Amla or Indian Gooseberry is very nutritious and is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C. It has antioxidants along with minerals, amino acids, and fiber. Gooseberry juice is also used in traditional Indian medicines such as Ayurveda. It has a long range of health benefits, such as boosting immunity, improving digestion, and managing cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It is also good for our skin and hair.

To preserve the Amla Juice and prevent oxidation of Vitamin C, freezing it works best. We will first make Amla Juice by blending and straining. the chopped Amla. The next step is to freeze the juice and transfer it to a zip lock bag. This also helps with thawing the required amount of cubes for later use. This method can easily help with Amla preservation and use up to 6-12 months. You can also make the instant Amla juice without preservatives and store it for later use. This is helpful as Amla is a seasonal fruit. Using this Amla Juice storage method, you can preserve Amla Juice and drink it for a whole year.
