How To Make Mango Lassi (Step-by-Step)
1. To make the delicious and creamy Mango Lassi at home, take Ripe Mangoes. I’m using Dasheri Mango to make the recipe today however, Alphonso will also be great to make it.

2. Wash the Mangoes. You can also soak the Mangoes in water for 2 hours to get rid of the heat present in them. Cut the Mangoes as you wish however, I like to cut it as shown below. It just pleases the eyes.

3. Now, scoop out the pulp using a spoon.

4. In total, I’ve used 1.5 cups of Mango pulp.

5. Now, take a grinding jar and add the mango pulp to the jar.

6. Add ½ cup of normal sugar.

7. Add 10-12 ice cubes. Ice cubes help with a thicker consistency.

8. Add a few saffron strands.

9. Remove the outer layer of two green cardamoms and add it to the jar.

10. Grind to a paste-like consistency.

11. Add 2 cup curd to the jar.

12. Blend everything. The Mango lassi is finally ready.

13. Pour in a glass.

14. Garnish with mango chunks, dry fruits such as Pistachios, Almonds, and some saffron strands.

15. You can refrigerate it for 1 hour. It will get thicker and get even more creamier. Serve it chilled.
