I made this Kulfi as an experiment, as I simply love both Kulfi and Rasmalai. This Rasmalai Kulfi will surely become your go-to dessert when you want to make something sweet or when your kids demand an ice cream. Try this delicious, simple, quick homemade kulfi recipe and delight your loved ones.

Rasmalai Kulfi Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup Milkmaid
- 1/2 cup full-fat milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped cashews
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped Pistachios
- 3 green cardamom
- Saffron
How To Make Rasmalai Kulfi
1. To make Rasmalai Kulfi, take a blender and add 1/2 cup whipped cream.

2. Next, add 1/2 cup Milkmaid to the jar.

3. Next, add 1/2 cup full-fat milk to the jar.

4. Next, add 1 tbsp of normal sugar.

5. Next, add 2 tbsp chopped cashews, 2 tbsp chopped almonds, and 2 tbsp chopped Pistachios.

6. Next, add the seeds of 3 green cardamom. Remove the outer layer.

7. Next, add a pinch of Saffron for a rich flavor.

8. Blend everything to a nice running consistency. Look, how beautiful the color has turned out.

9. To set the Kulfi, we will take Kulfi Moulds, pour the Kulfi blend into them, insert the sticks, and refrigerate overnight to set the Kulfi. I use this Kulfi Mould; however, you are free to try any.

10. Next morning, we will take out the Moulds, and to take them out nicely, just dip them in a glass of water, rub between your palms, and take them out smoothly.

11. Garnish with your preferred chopped nuts.

12. Serve immediately before it melts and enjoy!
