Chilli Garlic Laccha Paratha Ingredients
- 2.5 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- Water as required
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Ghee and Wheat Flour for cooking
How To Make Chilli Garlic Laccha Paratha
1. Take 2.5 cups of wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp desi ghee. Mix well.
2. Now, start adding water gradually to prepare a dough. The dough should be tight and not too soft.
3. Once the dough is prepared, mash it for 2 minutes. Cover the lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes to let the dough set.
4. Take 4 tbsp butter in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp grated garlic and 1 tsp red chilli flakes.
5. Mix everything well using a spoon to prepare the Chilli Garlic Butter.
6. After half an hour, check the dough. Punch and mash it for 1-2 minutes. The dough will set very well.
7. Start making small balls from it for making the Paratha. The size is as shown below.
8. Coat the ball with dry flour and put it into the Rolling board. Spread it a little with your hands.
9. Dust with dry flour and Roll it using a Rolling Pin. The size of the Paratha should be large as shown below.
10. Now, spread the chilli garlic butter using a brush. Pour chopped coriander leaves and dust with wheat flour.
11. Now, cut it into thin layers using a knife.
12. Roll it back into a ball and press the edge into the back.
13. Dust with wheat flour and Roll it to make the Laccha Paratha. Roll it gently and not too hard. Keep the thickness slightly thick.
14. Heat a Pan on medium flame. Put the Paratha on the Pan.
15. Flip it and apply desi ghee once dry-roasted from one side. You can also use oil or butter as per your preference.
16. flip it and apply Ghee/Butter when the bottom side gets cooked.
17. Continuously flip and cook both sides until it becomes crispy.
18. The Crispy and tasty Laccha Paratha is ready now. You can see it has a nice color and the layers look really good.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and melted Butter. Serve the Laccha Paratha to your friends and family with Green Chutney, Mango or Mix Pickle, and Boondi Raita. Enjoy the delicious Chilli Garlic Laccha Paratha.
