Omelette has many variations and each variation requires different ingredients other than Eggs. This is one of the most basic and quick Omelette to make as it only requires Eggs, onion, Chilli, and butter. It is protein-rich and also uses other veggies in the Kitchen. When you don’t like to eat just a boiled Egg, try this recipe and also add other veggies like Capsicum and tomatoes to make it even more flavorful.

Egg Omelette Recipe Video
Egg Omelette Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp butter
How To Make an Egg Omelette
1. Take a mixing bowl and break three eggs. You can use 2 or 3 Eggs per Omelette
2. Add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. You can also adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing green chilli.
3. Beat the Eggs along with spices using a hand whisker to prepare a smooth mixture for the Omlette. Keep it aside.
4. Next, take a Pan and add 1 tbsp butter. Let the butter melt and Spread it evenly on low to medium flame.
5. Pour the Omelette mixture into the Pan. Shake it a little and Cook it on low flame.
6. Once the Omelette gets cooked and dried from one side, flip it to the other side by lifting the edges using a spatula to cook the other side too.
7. As you can see, the top side has cooked very well. Cook the other side too.
8. The other side will get cooked too in a few minutes.
Pour the delicious omelette into a serving plate along with tomato ketchup and serve it. Enjoy.
