About Momos ki Chatni
Momos Chutney or Momos Chatni recipe is a spicy chutney or sauce that has a bright red color it is made with tomatoes, red chilies, garlic, and ginger. I have used red chilies that are not too spicy. You can choose the chilies as per your taste and preference. I cannot imagine eating momos without this spicy sauce. The Momos chutney as you can see below in photos and video has the perfect look and texture which enhances the taste of Momos.

Momos remain incomplete without the bright red Momos Tomato Chutney or Momo sauce which enhances the taste of Momos. After the special Spring Roll chutney and the Veg Steamed Momos, I made this street-style Momos chutney recipe and Soya Momos. The thickness and consistency of this momo chilli sauce are perfect as it is not too thick and not too light.
