In this Garlic Potato Wedges Recipe, I’ll show an easy potato snack recipe that you can make at home in the evening or as an appetizer. This delicious party snack is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and it is so flavorful and yummy that it will become one of your favorite snacks as it is also very easy to make. Cheese Garlic Potato wedge is made with potatoes, cheese, garlic, herbs, and spices. You can serve it with either tomato ketchup or any dip or chutney of your liking.

Garlic Potato Wedges Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4 Medium sized
- Water – 1 Liter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp bread crumbs
- ½ tsp Oregano
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 inch grated cheese cube
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp oil to coat the fries
- Oil for Frying
How To Make Cheese Garlic Potato Wedges
1. To make cheesy garlic potato fries, take 4 medium-sized potatoes. Peel the outer layer.
2. Cut the Potatoes into large pieces. Please don’t cut them thin.
3. Keep the pieces in a bowl and wash them properly 4-5 times to remove starch until the water gets cleared.
4. Heat 1 liter of water in a pot. Add 1 tsp salt and all the potato pieces. Stir and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes on high flame.
5. After 5 minutes, take the potato pieces out.
6. Place them on a kitchen towel. Let them dry.
7. Take a large bowl. Add 4 tbsp corn flour, 4 tbsp bread crumbs, ½ tsp Oregano, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 inch grated cheese cube, and ½ tsp garlic powder. Mix well.
8. Add all the potato pieces.
9. Add 2 tbsp oil and coat the potato pieces with the mixture.
10. Heat Oil in a Kadai to fry the potatoes. As soon as the oil is heated, add the potato pieces. Fry the pieces by constantly stirring and flipping.
11. Take the pieces out using a strainer.
12. Place them on a plate and you can use tissue to absorb the excess oil or use an air fryer instead.
Serve with tomato ketchup and sauce. Enjoy.
