Green Chutney Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1-inch ginger
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 8-9 green chili
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8-10 ice cubes
How to make Green Chutney
1. First, we will ready the spices and herbs. Chop 1 cup coriander leaves, 2 tbsp mint leaves, 1-inch ginger, 7-8 garlic cloves, and 8-9 green chilli.

2. Take a grinding jar and add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, and chilli to the jar.

3. Add 1 tsp cumin,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 8-10 ice cubes. Ice cubes enhance the color of the chutney.

4. Grind it to get the perfect paste-like consistency.

5. Transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve it with snacks.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 8-9 green chilli
- 1 tsp cumin

- Take a grinding jar

Vrat Wali Hari Chutney
Another famous variant of the Hari Chutney is the Vrat Wali Hari Chutney, which is normally eaten with snacks during Vrat in the days of Navratri or any other festival. This Phalahari Vrat ki Green Chutney for Navratri is perfect as it does not contain garlic or cumin.

Ingredients
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- 8 spicy Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1- inch Ginger
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- To make the Chutney, we will take fresh Coriander leaves, properly wash and clean them.
- Now, add the coriander leaves to a grinding jar. Also, add 7-8 spicy Green chillies after removing the stems.
- Add 2 tbsp of Mint leaves to the Jar.
- Next, add 1 inch of ginger to the jar after peeling and chopping it.
- Next, peel and dry roast 2 tbsp of Peanuts and add to the grinding jar.
- Next, add 2 tbsp of Curd to the jar. Also, add 2-3 tbsp of water.
- Next, add 1 tsp Jeera and salt to taste.
- Grind and blend everything to a fine paste-like consistency.
- The Vrat Wali Green Chutney is ready now.
- This chutney can be served with your favorite snacks, especially during a fast.

4. Next, add 1 inch of ginger to the jar after peeling and chopping it.

5. Next, peel and dry roast 2 tbsp of Peanuts and add to the grinding jar.

6. Next, add 2 tbsp of Curd to the jar. Also, add 2-3 tbsp of water.

7. Next, add 1 tsp Jeera and salt to taste.

8. Grind and blend everything to a fine paste-like consistency.

9. The Green Chutney for Vrat is ready now.
